Hosts with a free account are unable to adjust the volume of audio files once they press the play button. Hosts will need to pre-set their volumes before they play the file on the air.
Hosts with Premium Hosting may adjust the volumes by choosing a different level to lower or increase the volume of an audio file while they are live on the air right from their studio by using the volume slider next to each file.
