Start-up audio can be set to default start up when you are uploading your audio files. You may also choose the start-up audio in your Schedule Episode Tab when you schedule each individual episode.

To upload new files, go to the dropdown menu, choose MyAccount, and then choose Upload and Edit Audio Files.  There, you will be able to browse files from your computer to upload to your switchboard for use on your show.

Best practices include: 

•  Upload your files a minimum of one hour before you plan to use them

• Longer files should be edited into multiple smaller files, as files cannot be paused on the switchboard - only stopped.

• File volume should be set at 100% for regular play and 25-50% for use with a voiceover
